What is Primal You? It's online wellness coaching structured to help you succeed at being
healthy. We are not another get slim quick solution or a fad diet. Nor are we offering
expensive specialized food or selling diet pills. What we do offer are solutions and
strategies that address lifestyle problems.

While many of us strive to look good naked, overall a lifetime of wellness is what we should
strive for. Primal You provides online courses that teach you how to live better and
provides a strong social support system to give positive encouragement towards the end
goals.

Currently Primal You has a Foundations 101 course in which we change your nutrition
habits and look at ways to improve your lifestyle habits. This course introduces you to
primal eating. Also known as paleo eating, you'll learn how to eat lean meats, vegetables,
fruits, nuts and seeds while avoiding legumes, grains, dairy and sugar. Sound difficult?
With our strong support system, 100s of recipes, weekly lessons and objectives we'll
make the transition much easier and put you on the lifetime path to being a healthier you.

Your wellness depends on exercise as well as nutrition. For those just beginning their
journeys to health, Primal You also provides indivialized weekly exercise routines

A common question is "Will I lose weight?" The answer is yes. But the added benefits of
feeling better, possibly reversing disease and illness, and adding quality years to your life
are the true benefits of enrolling in Primal You courses. Are the long-term benefits worth

Body Focus Fitness

You'll be introduced to the Functional Fitness and Interval
Training or FFIT System (TM) a workout system developed
after months of real world testing on people from all walks
of life. The FFIT System is based on addressing what I call
the six Physical Essentials(PE's): strength, endurance,
speed, power, balance and flexibility.
Beginners Exercise Course

This course provides exercise routines customized for you
each week. Allows the student to workout at home without
having to buy expensive equipment. This course starts
every Monday.
